Guide to Clen

Guide to Clenbuterol:
I’ve run clen a few times, standalone and while on AAS. I have to say that I enjoy it much more while on AAS, for obvious reasons. Clen really does have amazing fat burning potential, and I’ve seen amazing results in just 2 weeks on without ever going back on. Who doesn’t want ab veins? However, there are a few precautions that I would have taken looking back.
  1. Split your dosage. I was running 100mcg/day, which isn’t even really on the high end of the spectrum. But I took it all in one dose first thing in the morning, and fuck did it get my heart going, my body twitching and jittery, and some of the worst muscle cramps I’ve ever experienced. However I did notice that most of these effects subsided by late afternoon. Split your dosage and take twice a day.
  2. Only thing you should drink is water, no caffeine or tea. Caffeine dehydrates you and that is the last thing you want on clen. Like I said, worst muscle cramps of my life so STAY HYDRATED. And trust me you won’t want any caffeine adding to the jitters this shit already gives you.
  3. Stay away from HIIT training. Before I took clen I was doing plyometric training 5-7 days/week. When I started clen I noticed that my plyo workouts were getting a lot harder and I was getting a lot more tired. Clen is a bronchodilator and is prescribed for people with breathing problems. Naturally, you are going to be out of breath just walking on the treadmill for five minutes. So imagine 30 minutes of HIIT training, mixed in with the cramps, I thought I was going to die. Instead, stick to lifting weights and keeping your rest periods to a maximum of 1minute between sets, though I like to stick to around 30 seconds between sets because I am an impatient fuck. Trust brahs, you will be drenched in sweat after your first set of DB bench press LOL. If you have to do cardio for some reason stick to steady-state cardio.

Other than these few things, run clen with standard protocol: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off OR 1 week on 1 week off if you cannot handle the sides well. DO NOT RUN CLEN IN PCT IT WILL RUIN YOUR GAINS AND MAKE YOUR WHOLE CYCLE A HUGE WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND EFFORT. If you decide to run clen longer than 2 weeks (at which point it is said to become catabolic or muscle wasting) make sure you run ketotifen with it starting on that 3rd week. I would never want to be on clen for more than 2 weeks so I don’t have keto dosages but those are easy to find. Many people run clen with T3, I’ve never tried it because the dosing is a bitch and consists of a lot of tapering up and down, but apparently the synergistic effect is astounding and puts clen by itself to shame. But I am here telling you that I had really good results with just clen, everyone is different and you just have to try for yourself.
